Men's Wearhouse was just so wonderful to work with! They really went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. They were very patient with us from start to finish, we may have been a bit difficult.
We chose Men's Warehouse to handle the tuxedos for our wedding and frankly it was more stressful than any other aspect of our wedding. Between items we selected well in advance becoming unavailable, lost measurements, lost tuxedos and a poor fit on one of the tuxedos that wasn't able to be corrected in time for the wedding it was just extremely frustrating. I could never seem to get a hold of the lady we actually worked with when setting everything up and only managed to speak to some condescending man who was extremely rude and instead of answering my questions just seemed to want to make me feel like an idiot. We were also promised a gift card or something for $400 if we got 5 or more paid rentals, then when we picked up we were told it wasn't that but instead my rental was free. I just can't believe the issues we had or the way we were treated when we called. I'll never recommend Men's Warehouse to anyone at all.
Personal service, with attention to detail......Ms. Samantha, the Manager, attended personally for me on my pressing need for attire; she ensured I had complete, and tailored attire for a very important set of upcoming business meetings. I couldn't be more impressed.......it's your go to haberdashery in Santa Fe. I came down out of the mountains in Red River, on a Sunday, to find that they were open!!!!!! Another incredible aspect of their operation. Thank you so much, Ms. Samantha and crew.
We are so grateful to the lovely people at the Santa Fe location. We wanted a combo that didn't exist, but they made it happen. They went out of their way to make sure all stores would be able to switch a handkerchief out for us as the suits were picked up. Not only did they do that, but they made sure that the Santa Fe location had extra handkerchiefs on hand just in case anything happened. They even took in our Ring Bearers suspenders that were purchased elsewhere. Customer Service is outstanding! Wish my ladies would have had the same experience. On top of all that the suits and suit combo were really sharp!! We could not be happier with our experience with Men's Warehouse.
Samantha might have been one of the most hard-working and personable store managers I've ever met she went above and beyond to fix my problem excellent service
