Good service, but there is definitely a wider selection online.
Very VERY horrible place!! the store is beautiful with the new remodeling. but customer service sucks!!!!! As soon as you walk in Every associate looks stuck up. they sometimes want to help and other times they just follow you around making you feel like if you're going to steal something. I worked there for about a month and even then was it a nightmare. I had to quit:( it was too uncomfortable for me even though I really wanted to work there to help customers that were not skinny (like the models) feel sexy. But all the workers there including the managers ruined the experience for me. If you are seeking for a great customer service and a good experience with girls that really love their job. also managers that know what they trained their associates to do go to Albuquerque. I have not had a bad experience there yet. But I will not go back to the Victoria Secret in Santa Fe ever. Or at least until I see better managers running the place and good associates helping out customers with a real smile.
I usually don't do this but the experience I had in the store at the Santa Fe mall was horrid . As soon as my friend and I walked in we were ignored ..I asked an associate if there were any sales going on she flat out said no and walked away .There was another woman there that was talking to an associate complaining about how much she didn't wanna be there come to find out it was the store manager . No wonder her associates act the way they do..I'll never shop at that store again ..
I used to work at the old Victoria secret store and was ready to buy 5 Bra's at the new one didn't know where anything was, Also had my baby with me so didn't want to take to long. I was wondering around the store and she never came up or said one word just gave me dirty looks she is also a manager there. She never really liked me never understood why but still though she would help me and give me good customer service . She helped everyone else but me her name is Mariah I didn't get help till I went to the pink side and asked for it and Brenda was amazing kept checking on my help me find my coupon and other items I was looking for also told me the promotions. Thank you so much Brenda!! I spend way to much to get treated this way by a manager who has no reason to be rude to me.
Customer service is a joke here especially one worker don't know her name (if they only had name tags) I waited at the register to pay and she completely ignored me so she could talk with her co worker at the register. She acts like your an inconvience to her like hello?? it's your job! I get it if your having a bad day but the past 3x I have been helped by this girl it was the same experience each time. So now I go out of my way to avoid this store and I live far from Santa Fe. I would rather drive the extra 2 hours to the ABQ VS PINK stores to spend my money $$$ there and give credit to their employees for the sales. They are much more friendly/helpful in ABQ and they are more informed about their promotions. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office so I don't know if it's going to make a difference but I hope this store turns around soon.
