Prosecuting individuals for dwi who had nothing to drink, who were never offered breathalyzers, and whos vehicles were searched without a Warrent, and who were not even inside of their vehicles, is dispicable and diplorable, and is a pathetic overreach of the Santa fe police department, who should examine their modus operandi, because the direction of this department is clearly misguided.
