I called Pacific Floral Design with maybe 45 minutes advance, at 11:40, and asked if I can please have my bouquet rushed to my wife at 12:30. My wife and I are expecting our first baby and I wanted to surprise her with a gift before we went to our doctor's appointment that day. I was picking her up at 12:30 for our appointment at 1 and asked, I forgot his name so I'll call him saviour, saviour if he could do it. No questions asked, savior said "if you can pay for it online, I can squeeze you in and get you set." not only did he deliver them on time, but my wife really loved her arrangement. I will and would recommend Pacific Floral Design to anybody.
Called on Tuesday (November 14th) wanting a special floral arrangement done for our 30th wedding anniversary. Devan worked though the details with me agreeing on a time for delivery and needless to say my wife was thrilled with the special arrangement made for her delivered that afternoon. Kudos! K & K

I called every florist in Santa Fe and Pacific Floral Design was the ONLY ONE that offered flowers grown in the USA! Some of the other businesses didn't even know where their flowers came from, one even scoffed at the question. Devon was super friendly and easy to work with, and made a beautiful bouquet. I chose Pacific Floral because they were open on Saturday, but I was SUPER happy to have found them once I called to speak with Devon. He was very helpful and though I told him I would miss the 2:00 delivery time, said not to worry if I was a few minutes late with the on-line order, he would be sure the flowers got to my mom. I spent a few years working as a designer in a flower shop and know the pressures they are under to get designs created and out the door for delivery, so I appreciate his flexibility even more.
Talk about mission accomplishment! :) I ordered a bouquet and had a special request to deliver it to my Dad's grave-site at the Santa Fe National Cemetery and requested a picture message. Devan and Pacific Floral made it happen and the picture was priceless. Being a veteran myself, I wanted to honor my Dad on Veterans Day also. Thank you Pacific Floral.
