I started renting my mail box from them last year instead of the big place on Pacheco. I did this for many reasons. Parking is a breeze. Getting my package is a breeze. Shipping is so easy. I love the quirky, artistic feeling of the place. You can not only mail packages, but grab a dozen organic eggs from the owners chickens. Maybe grab some homemade brittle as well.
Salesperson was very rude when I asked to have my shipping label printed from USB. Said the lines are usually very long, and I would be causing a hold up; however, there was only me in the store the entire time I was there, so I held up no one. Also told me I should prep the packages before arriving. I thought this was a pack and ship location: my bad?
I have used this business exclusively for several years. Gene and Vickie have gone "above and beyond" to deal with several complex shipping jobs. Fragile lamps and other items were carefully packed and arrived safely. I trust them to competently and conscientiously deal with any shipping job I leave in their hands.
Vicky & Gene are the owners. They are extremely helpful anytime I need to ship packages, which happens a lot. Vicky has always been helpful in putting together those pesky shipping boxing for me, that I can never seem to figure out.
All in all, I will never come back here again, so I don't have to inconvenience the salesperson with doing their job.
This place is more than the place I go to get mail. It is a sweet little place to get you r mail, where the owners know your name.
I am so grateful for this place. My post box here was my first anchor in New Mexico when I came several years ago. When I told them I was driving cross country in a travel van with my belongings and three cats they said, "oh, you can always park behind the building and sleep until you find a place." I knew then, these were my people. My post box at Turquoise Trail has been my constant when going through several homes until I found "the one." I love Vickie, Gene and their sweet son, and the wonderful home-grown veggies, and eggs from their own garden. Oh and your jewelry and art they sell too.
I dread coming to this place. The woman working here is so unfriendly and actually quite rude. I have dealt with a gentleman who is super nice, but I still try and avoid mailing anything here on the chance that the woman is working. I have no idea why she is so surly and hostile. It is unfortunate that there is not a place closer to where we live, so at times I am forced to use this business.
I have been using Turquoise Trail Pack and ship for 3 years now for shipping packages. It is a locally owned, small family run operation.
