The owner is super nice, classes (tri-fit and kettle bell) are fantastic and give you a great workout.The selection of equipment is perfect. This is an intimate gym where you get to know everyone. Plenty of parking and very clean. Highly recommend!
I'm a middle aged man who was 35 lbs overweight, freshly divorced, and then down and out for 12 weeks with a broken foot. I did some physical therapy and then began training here with Douglass, the owner. Three months later and I'm now fitter than I have been in years! I feel like I've risen from the dead. Douglass assists with everything from diet and lifestyle to training in the gym. I've had a few personal trainers over the years and none have been this inspiring and knowledgeable. The fitness center is clean and modern. I love this place! Thank you Douglass.
Great gym. The place is clean, there is plenty of space, and they have everything you need. They even do Fitness Assessments and Personal Training. If you want a boutique gym, this is it.
