Have been here before and found good wines but the salesmen are so rude and so elitist that I won't go back.
Great selection of wine and liquor plus knowledgeable and helpful staff.
A second salesman asked us as we were leaving if we found everything we were looking for. When we said no, he never asked what we were looking for, never apologized for the mix-up and could have cared less about us as customers.
Extremely unhelpful staff. I called about the southwest wine tasting and was told it was from 4-6 on Thursday, April 13. My friend and I got to the store and one of the salesmen was so rude, unhelpful and condescending about the wine tasting and very unsympathetic that the gal on the phone gave me the wrong information. My friend and I went to look at the wines that were going to be sampled and no one in the store could shed any light on the wines. They could have cared less.
SF Wine and Spirits is under new management. Working through a couple of kinks here and there, but I would like to invite anyone that has had a poor experience in the past to come back in and let us change your mind!
They have Chimay and other high quality ales that you won't find anywhere else. Quick service and knowledgeable staff.
