Bad management !! I spoke to Anthony the supervisor of the refund unit because they misprinted the date on the paper twice and I had to pay two extra fees and they say they are wrong and he hung up on me. Its a good thing you are behind a phone and computer so you can do this to people other wise I would clean out your clock.

The lady at the desk was immediately rude and did not understand what I was asking for, after explaining I need a title and registration, THEN she say we are only doing military transactions. Why is every NM state employee lazy, rude and stupid ? No signs saying anything about like mired services. I served 6years in the US Navy, your welcome......This is why everyone is moving to Colorado. Incompetence, lazy, Spanish. Why are the no other races of people working at any state agency ? There was a huge hearing about this in Santa Fe, racist Spanish !!!!! They refuse to hire anyone not Spanish. FEDERAL CRIME !!!!!
