Better than it used to be but still suffers under the tyranny of employees who think customers work for them. I'm writing this review after an employee shouted "Closed!" at me thru the locked front door--neon OPEN sign flashing the whole time. Two other customers came and left while I typed this review. Guess he yelled CLOSED at them too.
A married couple in their 50's were not allowed to purchase novelties or adult toys because the wife did not have her ID with her. The "kid" working wanted nothing to do with this mature couple. Super bad place to shop for adult novelties.
Ladies beware, I bought a vibrator and within a month of not often using it, it stopped working. I do not have money to waste on shoddy products, I've gotten toys that lasted more than a year out of the money I spent. It's just straight up ridiculous. The people are nice, not rude at all. But they should have refunded my money or given me a discount. So stick to online places you can trust because these people won't get you quality stuff.

first thing this store is very clean. lady did check my i.d when i walked in the store (no big deal its her job). the lady with the tattoos was very helpful energetic and knowledgeable about the novelties she made me feel welcome and not out of place. i kinda feel bad for her.while i was browsing the store a man went in to exchange a dvd she was very friendly with him. once she told him she had to check it he started giving her attitude and being very rude to her. long story short after he was calling her names and putting her down she was still very respectful! it is jacked up that these employees get ridiculed and talked down to because they do a job! to the dvd guy i feel sorry for your wife . if you can talk to a stranger much less a woman with that much disrespect and hate i can only imagine what your wife goes through!!!!!! to the tattoo lady that was working your awesome at your job!! and way to keep a smile on your face even after dealing with that jerk!!! ill definitely be back!!!
