Easily my favorite area of town. The plaza is more for tourists but the railyard is more for locals which gives it a better vibe. The park itself is beautiful, with a great walking/running/bike path, a well-manicured lawn, and beautiful plants throughout. Like most parks, I wouldn't recommend it late at night, as there have been a couple of encounters with drug usage and people who are high on serious drugs that can be belligerent.
An important and notable District near Downtown Plaza at Santa Fe. Here you'll find the Farmers Market notable eateries the movie theater antique stores resale shops and historic places in about 5 city blocks. Tourist flock to this place as well as young hip locals.
Great little park/plaza place that hosts the Santa Fe Farmer's Market (delicious) and the Free Summer Concert series. Plenty of shade, interesting industrial architecture in the area.

Really gorgeous place, so much going on. They have a farmer's market on certain days, art festivals on other days. The park around is really well done, there is some parking I think they should put more. Only bad thing was we went to a baby shower in the community room. It was super tiny, also even though the host paid to have the party there they made all party goers pay for parking. This was ridiculous. But other than that it is a wonder place to visit. Lots of great food places close by, all walking distance. Also walking distance to downtown Santa Fe.
