I guess we in Santa Fe should be happy just to have any store selling Asian food items, but their grocery selection certainly could be improved. And a few months ago I too was met with a disinterested shrug when I mentioned one of their items (wasabi paste in a tube) was out of stock. A little customer service training for their employees seems in order. The next time you are in Seattle, go to Uwajimaya to see what a vibrant and well-stocked Asian food store looks like.
This is a make believe Asian market for non Asians, speaking from an Asian. Do me a favor, go get a pecan pastry from the bakery next door to get a sense of real food.
Surprisingly solid ramen. Sad that ingredient selection was tiny and the addition of your egg was not soft boiled. But enjoyed the overall quality and taste.
The authentic ramen here is amazing!! Served Friday and Saturdays from 11-7 for a great price.
