This is for the grocery store, not the bakery.

worst service. can't get a hold of no one takes 10 min for someone to answer the phone and when they do they are rude

The wait at the cashier line is terrible. It often takes over 10 minutes to get through the express lane and 20 minutes in a regular lane.

I'm not sure where other reviewers go when they write about this store, but I've been pleasantly surprised and helped at this location. Quality: I rated very good but that's as a "critic" truthfully? I find the selection excellent and APPEAL: Excellent... I go there all the time. Service: There is no other store I go to that greets me as though I matter, helps me every time I ask, and gives suggestions that I not only find valuable and helpful but also cherish the offering. Example: Regular weekly shop and I'm in the meat dept where I'm asked if I need help. I say I'm wanting to barbecue and get 3 suggestions on sales and helped on how to cook the pre-prepared beef and veg skewers. At the register, I'm greeted friendly and talked to as an old friend (Thank you Glen!) and helped when I ask about the sales on freezer items. I don't go to other stores because of their lack of service (I'm not talking about Albertsons stores here). If I am treated with poor-fair/good service....I will not go back there. Excellent brings me back everytime. Thank you.

Easily the most repulsive grocery store in all of Santa Fe. The place reeks of moldy food and meats, the service is always angry and less than helpful, the selection is usually mismatched by SKUs and never adequately stocked, and finally they're completely understaffed. Expect at least 15 to 20 minutes to get through the three or four cashier lines during the evenings. Personally I had enough today and officially call it quits for Albertsons. Their prices suck, the cashier threw my 12 packs of soda harshly on the counter without any sort of regard or effort then had the nerve to tell me "don't stack them on top of each other at my register". I mean seriously...who the $%@ are you to tell me how I can place groceries on a conveyor belt. What an a-hole. I rather go to Smith's hands down.

The worst part is they don't seem to care.

This store is always busy, but that's because it's a decent, average, well-stocked grocery with a great produce section. If reasonable variety and low cost are priorities, this store is great.
