Excellent service. Was travelling thru the area and had bearing problems in my mountain bike headset. They immediately looked at it, determined problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!
No pressure sales, very patient as well. They also have a great and vast selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this shop for ALL your biking needs or desires.
I recently purchased my 8th bike from NM Bike N Sport and not only was it my nicest bike by far, it was the best experience yet. Ray was extremely helpful throughout the entire process (I can be a slow mover), and I couldn't more excited about my new Wilier Cento 1SR. The fit is great and the bike is just as amazing...fast, comfy, smooth, and fast! Pedro and Kevin were helpful too, and Tennison (sp?) did a great job setting up my old carbon bars. Great bike shop!
We needed some grease to change some flat pedals. Rather than sell us a $25 tube of grease we didn't need they just went in the shop and gave us a dab of grease to finish the job. Also lots of great advice about trails in the area. So we bought some go juice, water bottle and a trail map just to to be grateful for the service and advice. If you are in Sante Fe and don't know your way around the trails I'd stop here first.
