Carwash staff is awesome always a great job and they're honest*!! Trusted them for years!!! And you get a free carwash after so many they track your plate so u dont have to bother with cards
Truck looked Iike it just went thru a self drive thru car wash... except I paid $40 instead of $10. lol Ridiculous! Won't be coming back.
The bumper of my two and a half month old 2017 Toyota Prius was damaged on 09/09/2017 after purchasing and receiving a 'Best Wash' service from Oilstop Car Wash. Right cover plate broken off by automated car wash machinery and large EIGHT inch scrape noted along edge of bumper adjacent to right cover plate from same machinery. *Click on photo below to view full damage*. Immediately upon noticing the damage, I telephoned and returned to Oilstop Carwash to retrieve the cover plate which was found on the ground INSIDE the automated car wash by John Tapia, Manager. The cover plate no longer is able to be attached securely to the car. It will not stay in place. No apologies given. No refund offered. No responsibility taken for damage to my vehicle. No repairs offered for damage to my vehicle. I asked John Tapia to speak with the General Manager. John replied, 'Why? The General Manager won't do anything about this'. Many absurd elementary school boy excuses were given to me by Bryant Beaty, General Manager and son of owner, David Beaty as to why the car wash was NOT responsible for this mishap. Apparently, according to Bryant Beaty, this 'happens to cars manufactured by Toyota' and 'you should take the matter up with Toyota'. Seriously?? Are you KIDDING me?? It was YOUR machinery that caused the damage...NOT Toyota. I have been a faithful patron of this facility for over SEVEN years. I am a Business Owner in Santa Fe with over FOUR HUNDRED clientele. I have referred Oilstop to my many clients over and over and over again. I have been a Toyota owner for seventeen years. This has NEVER happened to any ONE of my Toyota's that have utilized various car washes from California to New Mexico. There is no visual sign absolving Oilstop Car Wash of any damage resulting specifically to Toyota vehicles. Santa Fe Police notified. Report written. Online complaint filed with Better Business Bureau of Santa Fe. I will never return to this establishment. I will never refer a client (or ANYONE for that matter) to Oilstop Car Wash again. Shame on you Oilstop!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Website and $5 off coupon says open until 6pm. We drive up at 5:30pm and see an open bay with no wait and a couple guys standing around... as we pull around to the bay and they clearly see us coming they close all the garage doors and disappear. We then saw them sneak out of a different door and leave. Worst customer service and lazy people I've ever wasted money on. They lost a loyal customer for life!
Today I came to this place for the first time at about 5:20 PM. They close at 6:00 PM. Once I arrived I went inside and I asked for an oil change. I talked to this man who told me : "You actually need to go the back" I did as he said. I drove to the back and nobody was there. Also, there was like 10 men hanging out ,and none of them offered help. I get it guys, nobody wants to work when you are about to go home, but just be honest about it. I came to Jiffy Lub instead where they are always nice and attentive.
