We stopped here for lunch one day. Prime Rib lunch with potato and steamed vegetables for $7.77 No kidding. It was good also.
This was a good casino at one time...now it's horrible!!! Tightest slot machines in Northern New Mexico and the promotional department has gone entirely down hill. Extremely poor customer service. This is a place that previously awarded veterans $10 of free play twice a month. Now you have to earn a colossal of points (This means you have to spend $50 to $100) to receive the so-called free-play. Restaurant also went entirely down hill. Overpriced and not very very impressive by any means. I suggest you drive another 30 minutes north and enjoy the casinos in Espanola where the food, play and customer service are so much better.
GREAT Hamburgers. Lounge is beginning to get great bands. Architectural Design, chump. Slots...forget them. Parking is two miles away, think valet. Proportionals, suck... Visiting other Casinos...The Lounge was not designed for dancing or singing... HEADED elsewhere.
Parking is far from building. Hardly ever a mini bus available to transport guests to and from casino- to parking lot. Vallet parking is usually full on nights/weekends. Machine pay-outs are horrible!! Very minimal winners. Restrooms are dirty and not cleaned as they should be. Wonderful deli available, however costs have gone up a little too much in a short time!!
Very welcoming & everyone was warm & friendly. Casino is clean, slot machines are updated & plenty of parking spaces. All in all, I'll recommend Camel Rock Casino to friends & relatives.
