When we arrived the lady in the front desk was rude and kept rushing on checking us in. It smelled like armpits by and in the elevators. The room was very dirty. The bathroom door didn't shut. The headboard to the bed was ripped. There was mold in the shower. Our telephone didn't work and worts of all there was bed bugs in our room. We found one and the cleaning lady said it wasn't and when we woke up the next morning our arms and legs we're all bitten up. I would never stay here again.
They had no elevators had to do the stairs but if they did they weren't visible to me
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The room was great, clean, very comfortable, great housekeeping. Clean sheets every day. The front desk ladies and gents were so friendly and very helpful.
We use to stay in Espanola years ago but since we found the City of gold hotel we always stay here when we come to Espanola. Beautiful place reasonable place and very comfortable. Oh did I forget to mention free breakfast. Yummy. Love it here.
Not the fanciest hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Staff are really nice and they give you a complimentary breakfast buffet. Only downside is the casino is not attached to the hotel.
