Every moment I have spent in Dr. French's office has been welcoming, informative, helpful, hospitable and professional. Everybody is genuinely friendly and seems to be enjoying what they are doing. My services have been thorough and I feel like everybody I encounter really cares. This kind of hospitality is rare these days! I am so happy to have found them.
I definitely have high anxiety around any kind of dental work but today I walked out of his office feeling quite happy that I have found Dr French and his staff.
I had to have a tooth looked at as it had recently had a root canal preformed on it and the crown had come loose. Dr. French took a look at it and gave me 3 options for care. After sitting down with him and having a lengthy conversation about all that had already been to the tooth, we decided on an implant. Dr. French was very good at explaining everything and seemed to care that I understood all my options. Gabe, the office manager, was very friendly and helpful in explaining my procedure and the options available to me for the costs involved. I saw 2 of Dr. French's assistants, on 2 separate visits, and they were both friendly and knowledgable about my procedures. I would recommend this office to anyone because of their knowledge, caring and friendliness.
From the ease of making my first appointment and having the patient forms sent to me prior to the visit, to the friendliness of everyone in the office, including an excellent and patient hygienists to a wonderful experience meeting Doctor French, and the amount of time he spent with me on the consultation to his assistant Tracey being so kind, and the ease of working with both Gabe and Connie, this was a fabulous experience, especially since I am very nervous at the dentist. They did everything possible to make me feel at ease. I have confidence that my future experiences will be the same as they work with me.
The vibe of the place is very upbeat and those that work there seem genuinely happy and friendly. The dentist was affable, thorough in his exam, communicated well and seemed to really love his work.
After some not so great dentistry over the past five years I now feel very optimistic after my experience today at Dr French's dental office.

After being out of town for a number of months, I wondered what it would be like to return to Dr. Kirkland's, now Dr. French's office. It was a tremendous experience!! Gabe is a most welcoming and kind person!! Connie, a happy and familiar face, imparted some new insurance information. I was pleased to meet Jennifer, a rather new and very competent hygienist. It was a pleasure to meet Laura, Dr. French's helpful and engaging wife. Lastly, it was GREAT to meet Dr. French, who did an exam. This was ALL a happy experience for a long-time patient of Dr. Clarence Rehorn!!!
I was welcomed right away as I walked in the door, the office is beautiful , the staff friendly and the dentist punctual and extremely personable.
