Both of my daughters were seen at Just for Grins, and they both thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff and doctors are super friendly, patient, and kind to kids, which makes a visit to the dentist something to look forward to! Thank you!
You guys do an excellent job... Once we finally get seen. You're always running 30-60 minutes late. It's frustrating because I take time off to get my little in to be seen... We beat heaven and Earth just to get there on time only to have to wait long past our scheduled appointment time. Once in a while... Is understandable. All of the time... is unacceptable.
I'm so greatful for the referral I received 4 years ago to Just for Grins . My son was 8 years old and had two cavities on his baby molars. The dental staff as well as the Doctor made him feel safe and comfortable. He's 12 years old now and loves when he's scheduled for a visit. Thank for the remarkable service 4 years ago and the same remarkable service today. My son is dedicated to his gum and tooth health for life thanks to you for the awesome care and education you have provided to him over the years.
I think the receptionist needs a training on customer service. Some "please" and "thank yous" would've made a difference.
Waiting time was 40 minutes.

I waited 30 minutes minutes before my son was seen by the dentist. Azucena was good, but the real problem was the office scheduler, she goes by the name of Laura Carrera. She violated my privacy rights by taking the information I provided to the clinic and contacted my on social media. Apparently she has a personal issue because She threaten me, and harassed me by writing obscene words. I did file a police report and I'm hiring an attorney to proceed with this case.
