Went to this Bed Bath and Beyond location yesterday to spend good money on sheets just to be told that they wouldn't give us a 10 cent bag after spending hundreds of dollars. The lady was so rude. She turned around to walk away after ringing everything up and taking payment. I looked at my husband confused as to why she wasn't bagging it and he asked me do you want a bag and I said yes and the lady goes oh you're not from here. It's 10 cents a bag. I'm like seriously after spending hundreds of dollars you're not going to give me a bag... We left and then decided to return everything and the first thing she said was oh you couldn't afford it after all which I feel like she said because I didn't want to pay 10 cents for a bag after spending that much in their store. Manager got called and we got our money back and the manager asked why and we said it was how we were treated. P.s The part that was so terrible was that she expected us to know that and treated us like we didn't have money, bad attitude in general. They lost a huge sale...
Was going to purchase a set of pillowcases on sale. Sale price not in system. I offered to get the sign after the cashier said she didn't know anything about it. I asked if I then had to go to back of the line. She said yes and I left the store. Called manager who only suggested I come back "to make it right". Customer service there is awful.
Very unsatisfied!! I feel this store discriminates . Just because I have tattoos and piercing does not mean I am not a buisness owner . I have gone in a couple of times and purchased an item the box was missing things I immediately called a manager and over the phone he had no problem told me I can return and get a new one or my money back and told me they would not give me a hard time . When I brought next day the the younger blond about 40 woman and an elderly were at register and returned my money but when I went around store and went to exit they were talking and still looking in the box . Next time I returned a elderly woman rang me up I told her I needed to exchange something but had no receipt she said it would be a 20 percent fee and I was like wow have never seen a store do that she got attitude. Not sure if the employee gets the fee the way she acted I made a purchase and was busy talking to her she didn't give me the receipt I went back in told her she tried to say she did . She did not I think she did that purposely now I bought an item that didn't work good n will be charged a fee . I came bk tonight funny how they greet the other customers but not me . This is the last time I will come and don't recommend to anyone who wants to be treated as a paying customers
This has got to be the WORST BB&B I have ever been to (and that's including both coasts)! The employees are the rudest, dumbest, most disrespectful people I've ever encountered!! They don't know about their own products, they interrupt customers, and get openly angry when you ask them where a product is located!! It was so horrible, I actually had to leave the store! In conclusion, treatment like this towards prospective customers- or even towards other people, in general- was NOT something I grew up with. It may be a chain store, but it appears that that doesn't guarantee a professional attitude and/or service. Therefore, I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Great items. Some are a bit pricey, seems to be a good quality. Great location next to Santa fe place mall and world market
