Needed a solid rubber tire for my manure cart. It took 10 or so minutes to find the clerk who had taken the tire to ask about someone else if they carried a 20 inch solid rubber tire. I finally found her talking with a male clerk. He told me I could buy it on Amazon (already looked, not the same size available) and then told me I could just fill this tire with CEMENT and use it as though it were a solid rubber tire. What?!?!?! And not particularly friendly. I really don't like this place.
We got some help from a guy who gave us advice on raising chickens and what we will need. Great prices on everything from chicks, to feed, to equipment for a coop. Downside is it's understocked and quite messy.
More useful, sensible than the other big name franchises. Find what I need at a good price and get out fast. No better place for that.
Big R is one of those very few "ALWAYS" places. The employees are ALWAYS nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The items for sale are "ALWAYS" the best quality and the best prices.
Rude staff.. Registers/Computers have been down all morning with exception of one is what an employee told a few of us customers waiting in line, now hers is down and as we were told well see in 45 minutes if it's fixed.. well I just drove 2 hours to return a item, so here I am waiting.. I called corporate office and got a voicemail ...This is unexceptable, where is the plan of operation? Sitting outside the store u have seen about 15 customers (yes I'm counting) walk out because of this issue.....
