Dateline 2/27/17: ACC'S two stores are closing. Big discounts.
This is from the past, but they also have drop-shopped (freighted) items to me where there was some damage in unloading and they stood behind everything. I was on a ranch so I felt badly that there was no one there for the unload having not received any call, and luckily no one was hurt in how he had attempted to unload the piece, but I immediately called the store to see how I should handle it and they were also efficient for me and the gentleman who was unloading which was appreciated since he needed to get back on the road regardless.
I have bought many things from ACC and it's always a treat to look. The help at both store locations has always been excellent both when visiting and after returning home when I was getting their tear sheets on particular pieces that they manufactured (at that time). I have little need now, but always the gift accessory pieces are great and some of my best pug petit point pillows have been from ACC.
