I ordered a chest of drawers and two night stands and was promised them in 10 days. Today they told me it would be another week. I told them that if they delayed more than one week I would cancel my order because I travel on business frequently and cannot pick up the items on the days they demand if I'm out of town. This place is high maintenance for somewhat inferior furniture. The salesman was talkative and somewhat obnoxious. If I do actually get this furniture I won't return.

Bryan Sipes is the most helpful and knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. He was patient and answered all our questions and never once did we feel pressured to purchase anything. His selling points about the recliners were the convincing part. I would recommend doing business with him to everyone.
