Absolutely love their Medium Hot Dixon chili powder, and love the selection of all their chili powders. Instead of a blend, you can get the powder for specific chili peppers, and then make your own blend.
Only reason for less than full stars is that their online site charges way to much for shipping. A couple of years ago I wanted to buy just 1 or 2 bags of their chili powder, and shipping was twice the cost of the product total. So, instead we either try to make it down to Santa Fe every few years, or ask friends who are going to pick us up some.

Wonderful selection of crafts and useful items. The napkins and placemats are very colorful. I have included a pic of my purchase.
Product selection was okay, packaging was nice, prices a bit high, but delifinitely expected that due to the location. I was expecting great customer service since it's a veteran owned place, but unfortunately it sucked... a lot! There were 2 guys at the counter and I believe the taller one just didn't seem to care one bit about the store's reputation, the other one greeted up and was very helpful. Can't vouch for the product yet since we haven't opened it, but service is bad.
