Jessica and staff are wonderful, energy is great and Jessica did a fantastic styling job. My previous stylist went back east and recommended Jessica and she was right on. Jessica was amazing, I walked out of Chrome completely happy. Chrome is my hair home from now on.
This is my monthly relaxation appointment. I sit back and let my stylist Gabbi do what she does. . . . . . .She always makes sure I know what she's doing and answers any questions I have. Never been anywhere quite like this. . .. . . .Great experience and most of all. . . . trust. thank you Gabbi
Owner made a major mistake with the cutting of my hair. She does not think so by judging from these photos, however I reserve the right to be my own judge (see photos). Granted she offered to fix it even after a few weeks of the actual cut (I was gone out of the country for 4 weeks right after the initial cut), but even then, that would mean my hair being shorter all around sooner then when I wanted it. Please note: I like long hair. Therefore I asked for a re-cut at a later date to MY liking (seems fair enough to me if anyone asks...), or a partial refund (I paid $240 dollars that day of my cut with color etc. FYI: I asked for only $60 back), or I suggested she could make me feel better by doing a little extra color. Unfortunately she stuck to her guns of her policies and her repeated mention that she extended her policy to me by 30 days. Well, I am sorry, that offer did not meet MY needs. After all...this is not an item but MY hair...part of MY body. Again...I like long hair and its winter coming! Even after I mentioned that legally I had the right for a refund (a lawyer friend educated me on this). Holding on to 60bucks was more important to her than making her customer somehow happy after she miss-cut my hair. I had mentioned my casual conversation with my lawyer friend to her as my last resort in the hope to make a point, that I had some rights beyond what her policies are. But she got defensive and then decided to refuse all services now and in the future to me. How ridiculous! Anyhow, it may sounds as if I have grievances but I am actually OK. Things happen in any profession...all I wanted that she would come a small step toward what I wanted instead of being pressed into HER policies only. I have no interest to follow up legally over 60$. I NEVER before have written a negative review, but this situation unfortunately earned it. I would not be surprised if she would add to this review a long something something something....Let me respond in advance. Dear Jessica, Please take the time to listen to your clients. You never asked: What is it that would make my client feel better? Instead it was all about you and your policies. Just sad and pathetic.Again: Looks at these photos and this cut!
I had an exceptional experience at Chrome! I got a semi-botched cut in Albuquerque and a friend suggested I see Molly to help get my hair back on track. She was amazing and gave me a beautiful cut! I highly suggest Chrome Salon! I will certainly be going back from now on :)
