Walked in with my young son and waited patiently for our turn. Bertha took great care of my son and the haircut was the best I had seen for him. I asked if I could be next since there was an opening right away, and I too experienced a great haircut that I hadn't had in a few years. Very impressed with this place and will come back when we are ready for our next haircuts.
My husband took our son a few weeks ago. The gal who usually cuts his hair unfortunately no longer works there. So the older women across from her cut my son's hair and completely jacked it up. He had bangs that were crooked, the top was choppy like if her scissors were dull, the back was not as short as requested. Terrible job. The chick at the front desk is rude and seems to only be friendly to the customers who don't speak English. I only went there because like I said previously, the lady who cut his hair before was great.
Just got here and they are supposed to be open. It's 930 and nobody is here. Guess they don't want my business.
The assistant manager is as unprofessional as can be with a most unwelcoming attitude. I went there for a back wax and was quoted a price. Said job was done half way and I was told to come back the next day to finish. I had no problem with this and paid. I came back and was bare across the table and was suddenly informed that the price had doubled. After explaining that was not what we agreed upon I was told to walk. I offered to split the difference but that was unacceptable to her also. I will never go back there again due to their complete lack of ethics, common sense and decency. My wife is spreading the word to her friends also. When I spoke to the owner, she claimed she didn't speak english and hung up on me. Too bad because I was ready to recommend them to a lot of people because the young lady who did my wax was very good, responsive and attentive. She was obviously in a tough spot.
Came for a haircut and they weren't even open. Already bad business I can tell.
This place is a sham. A guy named Nate thought it was appropriate to be playing graphic Gangsta Rap while families with young children waited for haircuts. You can imagine how relaxing an atmosphere this was.
