Could not be more frustrated with this Allstate branch. After cancelling my insurance policy this branch continued to withdraw monthly premiums from my checking account and has agreed to refund only 20% of the total funds withdrawn. Their customer service reps are about as helpful as talking to a brick wall. I will never recommend Allstate, particularly this branch to anyone ever again.
