I first purchased a 14K Yellow Gold Celtic Wedding band from Reflective Jewelry in 2004. I love it and often get complements on it. I recently had them duplicate this ring in 14K White gold. The Jewelry itself is unique, great quality and exceptional craftsmanship....which is what I desired. Doing business with them has been a please too. When I contacted them for the second ring I was able to accomplish this easily. The second ring was delivered a few weeks later but the fit was ever-so-slightly tight. The size was correct but it didn't;t fit like the first ring which fit perfectly. I contacted them and suggested that I would send both rings back so they could get the second ring to fit exactly like the first. Both rings were returned back within a week and they had refurbish the original ring too, without me even requesting it, and at no charge! That's the kind of attention to detail and Customer Service that brings me back.
I love this jewelry store. I have several jewelry pieces from Reflective Jewelry and love them all!! I love that their gold and silver are fair trade and that they know the source of their diamonds and they are not blood diamonds. I can wear my jewelry with a clear conscious. Also, they have repaired my rings from another maker and did a beautiful job and had them back to me in a timely manner.. Don't take my work for it. Go in and meet the designer and look at all the beautiful pieces of artful jewelry for yourself!

The folks at Reflective Jewelry are amazing! I lost a piece of their jewelry and they gave me a nice discount when I wanted to replace it. My wife and I ordered our wedding rings from Reflective Jewelry and they were able to incorporate the metal and diamonds from our first rings that we bought on line. Our new rings were customized for us and are spectacular! I buy something from Reflective Jewelry every summer when they come to Milwaukee Irish Fest!
