The only thing I can say is do not trust the buyer of precious metals completely on there word. I took gold in twice scrap the first time, two full rings the second. First time the owner was in house the second she was not. After my second visit I got home was looking at first times exchange and they were very close in numbers. There was a large diamond in one of the Rings that the worker popped out for me and when she re weighed it said the weight had not changed. I did not think any thing of n it until I got home and looked at other paper work from first visit. I called the next day and asked to speak to owner and was told they were on vacation schedule and that she was not in. This went on for three more attempts to see if the owner would not mind double checking the purchase. I had learned that buyers are required to hold all purchases for five working days. The last time I called the worker I spoke with who I had spoken to on previous attempts was very rude and eager to know what I needed to speak to the owner about. I told her my name and number and thinking that was good enough was continued to be interigated as to why I needed to speak to owner I thought this behavior was quite rude and when I asked for her name was promptly hung up on. The owner did call me I was in my car and explained I did not have paper work in front of me but explained a little of my concerns with the weights. She gave me some answer about karet weights and gold weights so to me it was abvious that the worker had all ready gotten in her ear and that I was not going to get a proper looking into. Also the five days were past so surly the Rings were gone, unable to be weighed again. I will not be using this business again and suggest that any one selling metals shop around there are other buyers in town. And don't be timid to ask to see the scale.
