I been shopping at the Santa Fe Jeweler's Supply since they opened many many years ago, and i'm still amazed how kind, helpful and patience all the owner/staff are, even in the mist of a crowed store! They have endless amount of fabulous products.
First time here in this store.The old lady behind the counter told me " I have to step back from the counter because is part of the rules, while I grabbing the item I need, she was with another customer and nobody was available in customer, so I took what I need and she came to me and told me that "laud" in front to the other costumers. Very disappointed and disrespectful old lady. I don't think I will be back... hate owners have a very unhappy people behind counters...bad experience!!!
Rude, absolutely the worst customer service! Had about $250 worth of supplies I needed and it must have been too trivial because all I got was attitude.
It's always great to work w/ SFJS - helpful, knowledgeable people and everything you need to make and market great jewelry is right there. I can always find a treasure or two I wasn't looking for, too, when I go there... ;)
Best place to go in the whole state! The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Every question I had was answered and every option was provided for me. When I call in an order I get the product quickly and at the best price. I live in Albuquerque and I will drive up to Santa Fe just to visit the store. I know for every post less than five stars, there are a few dozen customers who haven't yet rated the store its rightfully deserved five stars!
