I have used here for almost a year now, and I always had good experiences. She always reads the cleaning instruction carefully and gives enough information about any risks. Anything I got dry cleaned so far came back clean and well cared, no chemical smells at all. I really recommend this shop!
The review by wprabhu is very upsetting to me and misleading!. I have had a great deal of experience with both Robert and Margaret. Robert built his Cerrillos Road location over 20 years ago and he has continued to provide the community with great service. I take all my dry cleaning and laundry to them. They are the only ones I trust to touch my clothes. Many times they have worked with me on time contraints and tough stains. Robert does amazing work! He has been involved in dry cleaning for over 40 years. He has removed stains from my clothes that other cleaners have not even been able to budge! He continues to stay up to date on the latest in dry cleaning to provide the best to his customers. Margaret is always there to greet the customers and we have become quite good friends over the years. She always asks about my children and parents which makes me feel at home in this family run business. If you really need the best dry cleaning service out there definitely head to Aspen! They do dry cleaning, laundry and alterations and YES they do press items for you if that's what you request.
