As usual, dropping off the clothes was simple and the discount coupon gladly accepted by the friendly staff. We had been traveling so our clothes were tired, beat up and dirty! Thank heaven for the coupon. We picked up the clothes today and they were so crisp and fresh - felt like new clothes. I can't express enough my appreciation of the efficient and kind staff. I love being greeting by name and, with the volume of customers, I am always surprised that they recognize that we've been away. Really, you need to pay these people more! If I started a business in Santa Fe, I'd ask your staff to train my staff!
