On my block half the houses are for sale, we do not need more. The houses are very poorly built, requiring expensive repairs soon after they are purchased. Compounding this is the fact that their construction project literally shakes our house, probably damaging it. Then there is the dust, blocked roads, three porta potties on my block, nails and trash in the road, yelling, loud whistling, vehicles beeping all day, and vehicles pulling up with stereos blasting. The latest project, by Art Logan, leaves large piles of exposed trash to be blown all over the neighborhood because they are too cheap and lazy to rent a dumpster and put their trash in it. My views on construction are forever changed and I oppose all building permits in the future.
I simply want to add a sign in front of my business on my own property. Getting a simple building permit is a profound roadblock. They don't seem to want to help. Kind of comes off as NAZI.
Never answer phone or return calls. To build small areas require permits. Ridiculous!
You can't get a return phone call from these people. I thought they were supposed to be serving the public!
the only way to communicate with this office is in person and it cant be too early, or too late, lunch, or a fiesta, or ,,,,,, No matter how many times you call or email there is no way of getting a phone call or email response.
When contractors come to your home and dump boulders a few yards from your window before eight am do not expect any help from this office. They are in the pockets of the builders.
