My unit was broken into and robbed of thousands of dollars of personal possessions. The security cameras are broken and the manager did not tell me the unit has been broken into even though they had replaced the lock. Do not use this place it is not secure and the prices are lousy enough as it is.
Absolutely NOT trustworthy - be careful with this facility! They charge my credit card for a service I have not authorized and they double charged again leading me to file a fraud charge with my bank. This manager, RAY, is abolutely the worst. They take a reservation on the phone, tell me the first bill is not due until November, even though I am not moving in for 45 days and they after I get off the phone I learn RAY has charged me $225 and another $225 charge - when I call... the phone is always busy! When I email, there is no response, finally after hours of calling RAY apologizes and claims he will take care of the problem, only charging my credit card again! When he finally does a reversal, the storage facility cancels the reversal and continues to charge my card, twice. Now, thanks to RAY and his horrible service, I have cancelled my reservation.
Ray the manager is such a sweet man, he signed me up in 5 mins. Great great customer service! I will recommend this storage unit to everyone I know needs one. Thank you Ray I appreciate your kindness!
