Ok but this is supposed to be an outlet store. The prices are list prices, no discount.
Confusion as to what I was trying to do and that my purchase was I thinking made over the phone). Ultimately I was given store credit and proceeded to shop additionally while also finding the size I wanted to exchange my boots for. The manager came up to me and said, "what are you doing?" and then proceeded to holler across the store, "Well she's shopping ladies!!" (In reference to the clerks) and proceeded to say that it was just an exchange, etc. I was so humiliated and left immediately purchasing only the boots that I was originally exchanging sizes for and did not feel welcome to continue to 'shop'. This manager (male gentleman with longer gray hair) was so humiliating to me and his staff it was appalling. I love Merrell but I will not be shopping here anymore, guess I'll have to stick to online.

Every time I go into this store it is messy. There was a young man who was working and he didn't greet meet or help me. He was justing staring at his computer. I think that if a customer comes in they should stop what they are doing and help the customer. Lucky there was a young girl with brown hair that greeted me and assisted me in finding shoes.
