I'm a pretty patient person but this place's customer service is so bad even I had to walk out. Nail experts down the road is far superior.
None of the technicians speak English. I hate the fact that they are living here and don't learn our language. My appointment was at 12:00 noon. They took me at 1:00. An hour wait. You be the judge!

Ivy took good care of me! She waxed and shaped my eyebrows to perfection! The salon is always clean and tidy. Fees are reasonable.
The nail work is great, I cannot deny that. But the customer service is horrible. If you make an appointment and the salon gets busy you will still have to wait. What's the point of making an appointment? The young ladies that work here are very rude and they will get attitude with you if you complain or request a change. The work is great, service and personalities suck!
