ROTTEN AVOCADO IN MY GREEN GODDESS SALAD W/ CHICHEN. it was laced w/ deep brown spots. Tell me the lighting is so poor in the prep area the associate making the salad can't see it's rotten. Denise bought me ripe/fresh avocado in a bowl after I told her I did not want to eat rotten avocado. 2 days later she remembered me. I told her 2 make sure I got fresh avocado. "I WILL" It was fresh when the salad came out. SO--problem corrected? NO! 6 days after my 1st visit, Rotten avocado again. It's a problem w/ all the locations in my experience. not just the S.W. it's also in the Midwest too. --I'll eat elsewhere.
Enjoyed the fresh bread and a chili lime chicken salad. My husband loved the onion soup...and he is pretty picky about his onion soup!
I was enjoying my food then found an insect in my sandwich! Horrible experience! Definitely not coming back!

The drive thru is seriously the slowest drive thru I've ever been in. You spend a good 15-20 minutes in line. The people working the drive thru get your orders wrong and are rude. The ONLY person who is friendly and efficient is Tam. I like this place and it's close to my job but, I'm having a hard time coming back
