Bank of America is closing all drive thru banking in all but one of their banks in santa fe nm. The only one staying open has 2 lanes. Can we say "don't care about customer service "?
Being a BOA customer these days is a hassle. The only reason I keep an account open is because they have a lot of ATMS outside the region like in the airport. However, there is no BofA where I live in a small town of Espanola, I refuse to drive 20 miles each way just to bank with them in Santa Fe because the online phone app is beyond horrible, it would take me 15 to 20 minutes to use it, might as well use the time to drive to the mall and maybe get my deposits done. In short, BofA is only in big cities they should rename themselves Bank of Big City America and their app is atrocious. I opened up an account with a local bank just to do simple transactions.....just awful
I could talk to anyone at phone number. Link to making appointment broken.
Never enough staff and wait times of 15 minutes just to deposit into your account.
A recurring payment always taken out on 10th was taken out on 8th, causing a cascading issue with my mortgage and excessive fees. They would not refund the fees and I've already changed to USAA, a bank that offers free checking, gives you overdraft protection when you want it, and takes payments when they say they will. Enough paying for a checking account that takes your money. Go USAA.
