Terrible Customer Service. Just moved to Santa Fe and this branch made ma want to just switch banks all together. They had ONE person just holding an ipad to "sign up" customers who was really rude and could have helped people instead. I was the only person waiting for more than 30 mins and an appointment walked in so she told me i had to wait an extra 20-30 min. Never again. Do not bother with this bank. Totally awful experience.
