Half of the staff here has no concept of proper customer service. I attempted to get an out-of-state document notarized. The notary did not even ask for my driver's license or give me a logical reason why she could not sign it. I was baffled at her reluctance to help me or look into the situation. I tried another bank who happily serviced me with my proof of identity.
The manager here is usually really nice and helpful. A teller at the drive thru, Miranda, was very rude and short with me, she shut off the speaker when I was asking a question and physically walked away!! You would think that with a not so good reputation anyway, they would have better customer service.

Waited 25 mins for help. No acknowledgment and the manager Andrea was there. Had to go to another branch.
Great friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and attentive, best bank in Santa Fe! Considering all the media driven frenzy they handle them selves well. I would give 10 stars if I could.
