A relative bought a couch, took it home , moved it in and then they discovered a nest of mice in the NEW couch she had just brought home. Some were dead, but a couple were alive. So disgusting! The family took the couch out of the house immediately. The company would not come for the couch, the following morning they returned the couch - they did get a full refund. ZERO Star Rating!

Yes they are friendly but don't like that fool you. I spent a lot of money on leather furniture. They sold me the warranty and told me it was great and they would fix anything and everything from the kids ripping it to normal wear and tear. I tried to get my furniture fixed and was denied. They lied to me about no questions asked to fix it. If I would have known I would have went to Ashley Furniture and spent the little more money. I would not recommend them to anyone.
