Very upsetting when you need service or asking a question, for one some grumpy old man is interested only in counting his register money and a cashier is to busy on the phone, then looks at you with a sour dazed look and says "You Don't speak Spanish "??? After a question is asked. REALLY THE REQUIREMENT SHOULD BE "DON'T YOU SPEAK ENGLISH "
