Kristin does great work. After a hair color disaster in Alb, I found Che Bella. She got me through it over the next year. I only trust her for my highlights in this town. She is professional and fun.
Really rude! I made an appointment for my teenage daughter for cut and color, and when I called the day before the appointment to change it to just a cut, Kristen was really nasty and rude, telling me I can't cancel - I wasn't canceling I was changing what we wanted. I guess customers don't have the right to change their minds... If she can't work with clients, then she has a problem. All this for $150! Take your business elsewhere, I say.
Kristin is an amazing hair dresser, she has cut mine and my wife's hair for years and she does an incredible job with dyes and highlights. Very professional and extremely pleasant and easy to get along with. I can not recommend her enough. She has given me the best hair cuts I have ever had, a true artist.
