My mother has been going to Julie for 20+ years and when I started needing a cut and color, I started going here as well. The staff is kind and fantastic, and my mom and I have always loved our cuts at Frederick's. The facilities are clean and gorgeous as well. I'd truly recommend!
Fred the owner cut my hair. It doesn't even look close to the photo I took into the salon. It is the worse haircut in my 30 years of haircuts. It looks like the mom from the Brady Bunch movie. I wear a hat most of the time and my neighbor's response was "it will grow out". To make matters worse it cost $80. This man also make rude comments to me while cutting my hair.
