Its a great place to get a nice haircut I've been going there sence they open great place friendly and awesome people
And still charged me for my other sons hair cut. I should of just walked out :(((.
TERRIBLE PLACE, they always talk on the phone while cutting your hair. They talk to other people taking their eyes off you while still cutting your hair. You ask them for a size 3 they give you a size 2. This place just plain out sucks, unprofessional, and lazy. I'm never coming here again.
The owner could only say I'm sorry.
I asked the lady if she understood me in English, she said "yes". Assuming she understood me, I asked the stylst next to her to translate and please have her Clean up the tail on the back, and do a fade.
They are great ladies there very friendly and great work . I drive 2 hours just to there because of the great job they do.
Some of the stylist are very lazy, the last time that I went to get my haircut the stylist was very distracted and she did a very bad work on my hair.
First she cut off my child tail where it could not get fixed. I Called over the owner and she explained to her in Spanish what i wanted. I was in tears . After not being able to save my previous sons hair from birth she continued. Then she comes to the top and proceeds cutting and shaves of the top . I stopped her arm and meaning told her stop . What are you doing? She shaved it off . Therw was NO way to fix my 9 months old hair.
My sons hair took all his life to grow. And it took 1 minute for her to screw it up.
Then the lady could not apologize.
Never ever go unless you speak Spanish only.
