Folks, thank you for giving me the forum to regarding this insurance business. If you want to be taken in by smiling faces this is the place to get insurance. My sister found out she had the same vehicle insured under three different policies! Another customer told me that twice he went in to pay the same billing because hedquists sister-in-law told him (he never paid the first bill). He paid cash and for some reason did not get a receipt so he had to go in and pay it again. When he told the owner about it, the owner said that the customer must be wrong! Former employees learned in speaking after the fact that Hedquist, the owner was taking credit away from high producing employees on bonus sales, when hedquist was asked about it the employee was told to leave. (the employee happened to be an experienced longtime employee of Nabor Gutierrez,founder of Neighborhood Ins.) Employees sell insurance having no license paid 7.00 an hour. Employees favored by "family" employees can make 15.00 an hour+ bonus. You do the math buddy. If you have to be cheated, at least we have a big choice where we can take our business. Personally, we have have taken our business +our eight vehicles to a more honest and decent business & owner.
