Connor helped us find the perfect mattress. He was very knowledgeable, and educated us on the differences between the various price points of mattresses, then he gave us plenty of space and time to "practice" with the various mattresses that we were considering for our day bed. To be both sitting on a twin mattress and sometimes lying on it to sleep, we spent about an hour looking at how the sides hold up when sitting, and how the pillow top feels when lying on it.
We received a very fair deal on our purchase, and we received expert assistance from the staff. Thanks for a great experience!
Just another overpriced mattress store with too-talkative salesmen with annoying sales spiels. I've purchased 2 mattresses from this company in 10 years. Mattresses don't last 10 or 20 years no matter what the salesman says. The warranty is useless on all brands. Just because your mattress doesn't have a 1.5" warp in it doesn't mean that it's still comfortable. On both mattresses that I purchased here, I was able to talk them down in price at least 30%. And, tell them you want free delivery, too. Dealing with mattress salesmen (I've not seen a saleswoman at any location) is like dealing with used car salesmen. Tell them what you want and what you want to pay... not the other way around. Good luck!
Best prices...???? NO! American Furniture Warehouse is cheaper and I much rather give them business. I got so much different information from mattress firm...one person said this another that. It was extremely frustrating!

The manager at this store, Jeff, was incredibly helpful. We just moved here and he helped us pick out the perfect mattress for us. We've had it for over six months now and we still love it. It's a Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme. We had a problem with our duvet and bed frame and Jeff came out and helped us fix the problem. How rare is that? What a great guy and the prices were the best around - we checked. So we recommend this store and Jeff, the manager.
