Friendly helpful staff. Courtesy bus to town center and other spots. Clean and southwestern-style decorated rooms. Now has a restaurant on site as well as a Whole Foods grocery next door.
The hotel was fine and the restaurant was cool and had good food. There were cigarette burns on the bed spread. The staff was very nice and the location is good, so the pros did outweigh the cons.
Very convenient location with a shuttle. Every employee from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast included is an added bonus.
Great value for the price. Loved the bar and lots of folks praised the food. 0It is a popular place so make reservations. They were sold out on Thursday. A little worn around the edges. Comfortable and clean. Great for families and pets.
Good location. Free shuttle to Governors Plaza. Great staff. Decent food & drink menu. Needs some renovations. Stayed in a double room & not much moving around space, pretty tight. Nice toiletries. I was with a tour so I can't comment on pricing
The room had a very nice decor and was kept very clean. The check in staff were extremely courteous too and I was very satisfied.
Edit: I'm updating this to acknowledge the cleaning and front staff that located the phone charger I had forgotten in the room and mailed it to me. Excellent service. Thank you very much!!!
