Do yourself and santa fe a favor and go to Chopstix just up the road. They're good is better tasting. They're a local business. And the owner/operators are really sweet people.
What a terrible excuse for a Panda Express of all places: it should be renamed to the Worst Panda Express in All the West! And Il tell you why: I go in on 7/24/2017, expecting for things to function at this Panda Express as they have before at this location, or at the other Panda Express in town. So its 2017, and we have a wonderful invention called: Samsung Pay! Ever heard of it, Employees of this god-awful panda express? I don't think so, as the incompetent Rosanna or the manager on duty, for who I was not able to get his name because he wore glasses and wasn't wearing his nametag, were insubordinate. At this location, previously, I have successfully been able to use Samsung Pay, but today the cashier didn't know what button to press or was so clearly awful at her job that she could actually have been cognitively impaired and have no idea what she is doing, claimed that the original card I tried to use was Invalid. Ok, I thought, transferring money to my other account with a card, instantaneously I might add because they are the same bank institution, and I attempted to use that card. Still, she said the card was invalid. How come I was able to use the card earlier in the day, for multiple purchases from multiple merchants, all of which had similar if not identical computer systems to this Panda Despicable Express I am reviewing so negatively here. Her and the manager stared at me, with scketpical facial expressions and rolling eyes with them most likely thinking: Dumb kid trying to pay with his phone. We don't accept that kind of payment here....Idiot..... And meanwhile I'm thinking, what incompetent idiots with clearly a subpar educational attainment level and who both have clearly been living under a rock if they were unable to be up to-date in today's technological innovations. Needless to say for the frustrating experience that this was, I believe this establishment is deserving of the pathetic, abysmal one star rating that they are currently getting from me because they preformed under expectations right from the start.
This place was good and all the staff was so friendly unlike Santa Fe place mall so don't go to Santa Fe place mall
Horrible service! Several complaints agains the employee Yoselin. And she still have same attitude. We have the right to have supreme customer service. We are not asking for any food for free. Plus we expect to see and hear positive employees.
First time I've ever eaten at Panda Express and I thought it was great. The line moved quickly and the price is right. Don't forget to grab your plastic ware for to go orders.
