We were installing a new kitchen sink and discovered the water pipes didn't line up. I called Drainworks on the recommendation of a friend and Jennifer said she would have someone over within a half hour. Talk about service! Luis and Lester arrived twenty minutes later and reconfigured the pipes perfectly. They were thorough and professional, as well as being very nice people. I will certainly call on them again.
Not a ton of fun, but if you are suffering serial pinhole leaks Caitco may have the solution you need.
Many years ago, Drainworks did an awesome job replacing my sewer line. Just this past Friday night, my boiler had big problems and no one had time for me even though I had no heat and was having a flood in my basement. Except these guys. Thank you so much for your great service.
We had an industrial unit down at our business that could cause expensive damage to our equipment room if it is not up and running. We had another contractor come out and they gave us a very expensive repair estimate and were not able to get to it for a couple of weeks. We called Caitco, they sent someone out immediately, and did the repair for a fraction of what we expected. Their technician was so professional and courteous. I really appreciate their service.
Caitco carefully explained their procedure and answered my questions. They were careful to detail the sort of damages I would need to have repaired after they were finished. This included redoing some tile in a couple of bathrooms where there was no other access to the pipes than through the wall at the shower valve. There were also some cuts through the back of cabinets to access manifolds. With all of this explained, I was not surprised or dismayed at the end of the project. Caitco cleaned up after themselves, with the exception of the pre-agreed holes, and honored their estimate even though the job took longer than they anticipated - (it took a while to figure out how the geometry of the piping in the building.)
I knew I had a problem when I experienced a series of pinhole links (5 in about 2 years) in my copper water pipes. Some run through the slab, and it was clear that if the deterioration continued, I would have a major demolition project on my hands. Caitco had a solution. They could line all of my supply lines with a thin layer of epoxy such that they no longer were in direct contact with water, and thus insulated from further electro-chemical deterioration. They even patched an existing pinhole leak with the epoxy during installation. The pipes were first dried, and cleared of built up mineral deposits, to ensure proper adhesion of the epoxy, thus making any reduction of flow imperceptible.
Efficient. Client concerns taken into account. Have used for years and have not been disappointed. Trustworthy company.
