The interoffice communication is poor, but every technician/plumber we've had has been excellent. Once you can get a plumber to your house, everything goes great.
Great experiences with every interaction. A live person answered the phone immediately and they were able to schedule my AC repair the next day between 1 and 3. At 12:30 the office called to say they were on their way and then 5 minutes later the technician called to also confirm he was on the way. The service call was very professional and the technician extremely friendly and helpful. Within an hour the AC was back in business. I'd definitely call again for any issues with my plumbing or air.

You will regret using this company. My appointment window was from 1-3 pm it is now almost 4:30 and still no one has shown up. This is the second time this has happened to me. Really if you have someone else you can use, then please do so.

Plumber Peter U. came and provided excellent service -- corrected old problem and helped me address new problems created by other plumbers (and he did not go into a rant about the other plumbers like some plumbers do); very professional, technically expert work, neat and tidy too.
